Seeds of Love

This is the season to plant seeds of love. Gift yourself, a loved one, or come with your partner. Take this time to honor your heart and soul in this 3 hour workshop located in a beautiful Tacoma studio space. Join Stephanie and Maggie as we gather in sacred ceremony to sip cacao, set intentions of love, and vibe. You will be guided through a gentle flow to warm the body and connect with your breath. We will then transition to private silk hammocks where you will blissfully float in space while experiencing an intimate sound bath. To close this sacred circle, you will be able to pick out seeds and plant them in organic soil. This is a physical expression to plant the seeds of your intention to bloom. You will be able to take your potted intention home to nurture and watch grow, as your intentions manifest and unfold for you in love. Experience pure bliss in this floating sound bath!! What to bring? Bring your own Yoga mat, Water bottle (Kangen water will be available onsite), Cozy Blanket, Cozy Socks, Crystals, and any personal belongings you would like to clear with the vibrations of sound. Intentions/ideas of what you wish to create. Journal if you would like to make notes about your journey afterward. Dress warm and in layers! This workshop includes all of the above for $118.
