About the event
Breathe and flow during a transformative, accessible yoga workshop inspired by the element of air.
Immerse yourself in a fluid and expansive yoga practice that mirrors the lightness and mobility of air. This session will help you connect deeply with your breath, enhance mental clarity, and promote a sense of weightlessness in both body and mind. While you flow, let the soothing vibrations of a sound bath wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness. After our yoga and sound bath session, we'll spend time in quiet reflection with guided journaling exploring the symbolic meanings of the air element in your life.
We will conclude the workshop with a beautiful Air Ceremony dedicated to the element of air. This sacred ritual will include guided visualizations, breathwork, and the use of symbolic tools such as feathers and incense to honor and invoke the air's qualities of freedom, clarity, and inspiration. Together, we'll set intentions and release them into the universe, carried by the breath of life.
